We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas through our trusted courier partners.

3. Delivery Time

Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your shipment status.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery service in most areas across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery.

7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us.

8. Delays & Issues

9. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged parcel or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos) for quick resolution.
